U.S.S. New Jersey firing guns at sea

Aerial view of the Battleship USS NEW JERSEY firing her nine 16" guns in one salve during one of the "Mighty Jay's" bombardment missions adjacent to the 38th Parallel in Korea. A salve of this type from the big battlewagon is capable of tearing off the top of a mountain. Notice the terrific push effect firing of all nine guns has on the ship.
